Phase 2 – External Refurbishment Works to units
Work on Phase 2 of the external refurbishment programme has now begun. The works will be carried out on a rolling schedule and are expected to continue until December 2026. The following units will be included in this phase:
Units 4 – 11 Butterly Avenue
Units 1 – 12 Saunders Way
Units 3 – 5 Wilks Avenue
Units 1 – 3 Ellis Way
